Investigators and Prosecutors of the BiH Prosecutor's Office have, while investigating former members of the 10th Sabotage Detachment of the VRS, gathered information that the suspect Cvetković is hiding in Israel and have subsequently requested the Israeli Authorities to arrest and extradite him to Bosnia and Herzegovina. The BiH Prosecutor's Office obtained the information about the whereabouts of Cvetković while cooperating with the Interpol Headquarters in Lyon, France.

The BiH Prosecutor's Office is conducting an investigation against several members of the 10thSabotage Detachment of the VRS who are suspected of shooting about 1000 of captured Bosniak men and boys on the Branjevo Military Farm. The BiH Prosecutor's Office has already issued an indictment in the case against Kos Franc et al pursuant to which the former commanders and members of the detachment are being tried.

An extradition request was forwarded to the competent judicial and police authorities of the State of Israel, as well as the supporting documentation.

The BiH Prosecutor's Office would like to express its gratitude to the judicial and police authorities of the State of Israel for the assistance and cooperation, and expects that the suspect would soon be extradited to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
