By order of the Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the BiH Prosecutor's Office one Crnogorac Dragan, born on May 29, 1972 in Rastičevo - Kupres, citizen of BiH, was deprived of liberty in Banja Luka.

The suspect is under investigation by the Prosecutor of the Regional Team no. 6 of the Special Department for War Crimes within the BiH Prosecutor's Office and is suspected of committing the criminal offense of Genocide under Article 171 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the area of Srebrenica in July 1995.

Crnogorac Dragan is suspected to have, as a member of the police forces of the Jahorina Training Center – a part of the RS MoI, personally participated in the executions of captured Bosniak men and boys in the area of Srebrenica.

As instructed by the Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA conducted the apprehension.

The suspect shall be handed over, within the legal deadline, to the Assigned Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the BiH Prosecutor's Office who shall question the suspect and then decide whether to file a motion for custody.
