INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR ATTACK ON OFFICIAL PERSON - POLICE OFFICER OF THE DIRECTORATE FOR THE COORDINATION OF POLICE BODIES OF BIH
26.10.2023. 13:00A Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against:
- Jacek Andrzej Zawitowski, born in 1985 in Poland, a citizen of Poland, temporarily residing in the Migrant Center Ušivak, Hadžići, currently in custody.

According to the indictment, the accused is charged with having, on 5 September this year, after coming to the Ušivak Migrant Center in the municipality of Hadžići, which is secured by police officers of the Directorate for the Coordination of Police Bodies (DKPT) of BiH, in an intoxicated state, he first verbally and then physically attacked the police officer who was controlling the entrance to the facility, but was was overpowered and deprived of liberty.
The accused is charged with having attacked an official person in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina on security duties, thereby committing the criminal offense of Attack Against an Official Person on Tasks of Security, Detection and Apprehension of Perpetrators of Criminal Offenses under Article 241b (1) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
