PERSON ACCUSED OF CRIMINAL OFFENCE OF SMUGGLING AND ILLEGAL TRAFFICKING OF EXCISE PRODUCTS ENTERS GUILTY PLEA AGREEMENT
10.03.2021. 15:42The accused, Petreš Nenad, born in 1973 in Banja Luka, in the presence of his Defence Counsel, pleaded guilty in full to the criminal offences he is charged with by the indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
The sentence proposed for the accused includes a prison sentence of two years, which will not be implemented if the accused does not commit a new criminal offence in the next five years, a fine in the amount of BAM 1000, and confiscation of the illegal property, as well as the permanent confiscation of funds used to commit the criminal offences, including a passenger car.
The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina accepted the guilty plea agreement.
