COUNTER TERRORISM TASK FORCE MEETING HELD

The meeting of the Task Force, which was attended by Heads and representatives of the police and security agencies from the state and entity levels, was held at the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
The focus of the meeting was on the ongoing activities and cooperation of agencies in the fight against terrorism and prevention of terrorist activities.
The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina expects to have new terrorism related indictments issued by the end of the year in connection with those going to foreign battlefields of Syria and Iraq.
The importance of cooperation of BiH with partner agencies in the region and the world in its fight against terrorism and prevention of activities that may have links to terrorism was also underlined at the meeting.
