06.11.2014. 09:18The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH strongly condemns the attempts to damage the relationship between the judicial institutions by making false statements.
No investigation has been initiated in the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH upon a report of a convicted person Muhidin Bašić or in any other case and no one has ordered any investigation in relation to the President of the Court.
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH supports and respects the Court of BiH, the decisions of the Court of BiH and other judicial institutions as well as dignity and professional integrity of our fellow judges and will not allow that the relationship between the judicial institutions be damaged in this way.
