INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MEHMED PRŠIĆ (1968)
12.11.2012. 15:27Prosecutor of Department III issued an indictment against Mehmed PRŠIĆ - born on January 10, 1968 in Sanski Most where he resides, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina – charging him with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
The indictment charges Mehmed PRŠIĆ to have on September 4, 2012 in his CD/DVD shop in Sanski Most, put a total of 317 copyrights (CDs with movies, cartoons, music and PC games) into circulation without permission, well aware that those were illegally produced copies, which is in violation of applicable legal provisions of the copyright laws.
As alleged in the indictment, the aforementioned items were found on August 22, 2012 and seized by the authorized officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
