INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST TOMISLAV VEJIĆ (1969)(25.07.2012. 13:07)
Department III of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Tomislav VEJIĆ, born on September 24, 1969 in Bugojno, where he resides, BiH citizen.
The indictment charges Tomislav VEJIĆ to have , on April 26, 2012, put 1038 pirated sound and image carriers (504 CDs and 534 DVDs) into circulation in his independent trade shop in Bugojno, without the consent of the author, other copyright holder or a person authorized to give approval and aware that those were illegal copies made contrary to current legal provisions on copyright and related rights in BiH, thereby committing the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
