INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS(12.06.2012. 15:04)
Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against two persons who are charged to have committed the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 2 in conjunction with Paragraph 1, all in conjunction with Article 54 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The indictment was issued against R.Z. (1974) and H.M. (1983) residing in Sarajevo, BiH citizens.
The accused are charged to have organized a group of people for illicit trafficking of narcotic drug "Cannabis sativa L" in the area of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republic of Montenegro and Republic of Albania.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
