INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST B.B.(29.05.2012. 15:05)
The accused B.B. is charged with putting into circulation excise goods- cigarettes of Ronhill brand and other brands on several occasions, 7770 boxes in total, in the total value of 22,928.90 BAM, which have not been marked with control and tax stamps in the manner prescribed by the BiH tax legislation, whereby he committed the criminal offense of Illicit Trade in Excise Products under Article 210(a), Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Indictment has been forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
