INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST ADNAN KORJENIĆ (1965)(22.05.2012. 15:51)
The indictment charges Adnan Korjenić of having made unauthorized copies of several copyrighted works on CDs/DVDs in his premises in Sarajevo and without the permission of the author, another copyright holder or a person authorized to give permission.
As alleged in the indictment, the accused Adnan Korjenić multiplied more than 500 copyrights of various content - movies, series, cartoons, music, PC games on CDs and DVDs aware that those were illegally multiplied copie, made contrary to the applicable provisions of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights ("Official Gazette" No. 63/10), thereby committing the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH, in conjunction with the Law on Copyright and Related Rights ("Official Gazette of BiH, no.63/10).
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
