INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST HIMZO IBRAHIMOVIĆ (1961)(16.05.2012. 15:41)
The indictment charges Himzo IBRAHIMOVIĆ to have, on December 14, 2011 on the rented booth at the market in Tuzla, put into circulation 1263 CDs and DVDs with various content aware that those were so-called pirate copies made without the legally required authorization of the author, other copyright holder or a person authorized to give approval i.e. made contrary to Article 34 of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights ("Official Gazette of BiH", No. 63/10).
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
