INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST VASILIJE ŠKORO (1959)(15.05.2012. 15:05)
The accused Vaslije ŠKORO is charged to have, during the time period from July 22 to September 19, 2010, acquired a greater amount of unmarked excise products from a person known to him with the intention of putting it into circulation. He has repeatedly taken and put into circulation the aforementioned excise products that were kept in his home in Trebinje i.e. cigarettes of various brands totaling 47. 725 boxes valued at 138.377,70 KM (BAM) which were not marked with control and tax stamps in the manner prescribed by the BiH tax legislation which is contrary to Article 25 of the Law on Excise Duties in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The accused Vasilije ŠKORO is charged to have put products not marked with control and tax stamps in the manner prescribed by the tax legislation of BiH into circulation and to have committed the criminal offense of Illicit Trade in Excise Products under Article 210a, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
