INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST JOVO MADŽGALJ (1959)
10.04.2012. 14:12The indictment charges Jovo MADŽGALJ that during an unspecified period of time, in the premises of his office buildings in bookstores-photocopying shops "MB" d.o.o. Pale, he used an appropriate computer and other equipment to make copies, keep and put into circulation pirated editions of school and university textbooks, books and other copyrights, without permission of the author or another copyright holder, which is contrary to the Law on Copyright and Related Rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette" No.63/10).
As alleged in the indictment, during the search of these office buildings on November 30, 2011 the following items were found and seized: a central computer unit, textbooks and books - copyrighted works of different authors.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
