07.05.2013. 15:22 Prosecutor of the Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH has issued an Indictment against Nermin Korajac aka “Žuti”, born on 04 October 1973 in Bijeljina, resident of Sarajevo, with prior convictions, citizen of BiH, charging him with the commission of the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH, as read with the Law on Copyrights and Related Rights (“Official Gazette of BiH”, No. 63/10).
