The indictment alleges that Gušani Igbala has, from late October to December 22, 2008, put in circulation CDs and DVDs aware that they are prated copies, on an improvised street stall in Zenica and contrary to provisions of Article 34 of the Copyright and Related Rights Law in BiH (Official Gazette no. 7/02) without the consent of the author, other holder of copyright or a person authorized to give permission and without any documentation of origin.

The indictment alleges that on December 22, 2008 she was caught selling these pirated copies, and on that occasion a total of 427 pieces of CDs and DVDs, containing cartoons and movies as well as music and games were seized.

The accused is charged with putting a copyright into circulation without the consent of the author, other copyright holder or the person authorized to grant such an approval, and an approval is required by BiH Law.

The indictment charges Gušani Igbala with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the CC of BiH, in conjunction with the Copyright and Related Rights Law in BiH ("Official Gazette", No. 7/02).
