The Prosecutor of Department III within the BiH Prosecutor's office issued an indictment against Grahovac Igor born on August 16, 1985 in Gradiška/Bosanska Gradiška, where he resides, a citizen of BiH.

The indictment charges Igor Grahovac with the following: in the period from mid-July 2007 to May 22, 2010 on a leased stand in one of the retail facilities located at the transit market in Kozarska Dubica, contrary to Article 34 of the Copyright and Related Rights Law in BiH ("Official Gazette of BiH" no.: 7/02) he sold CDs and DVDs, which he knew were pirated copies because they were bought at Arizona market from an unidentified person.

As the indictment alleges, on May 22, 2010, during the search conducted at the above mentioned location a total of 1704 pieces of CDs and DVDs, with the MP3 format content, which were located in various facilities, were found and seized from him. The CDs and DVDs contain local music and movies, games, foreign movies and cartoons.

The accused Grahovac Igor has in this manner put copies of the copyright work into circulation without the permission of the author or other holder of copyright, and is charged with committing the criminal offence of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1, of the CC of BiH, in conjunction with Article 54 of the CC of BiH, all in conjunction with Copyright and Related Rights Law in BiH.

The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
