The accused Mišetić Trpimir is charged with the following: on November 13, 2008 at the border crossing Doljani, where goods traffic is generally not permitted and where only residents of Doljani settlement are allowed to cross , where there are no officers of the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH, in the course of his shift while performing routine control as authorized official of the BiH Border Police he missed to control a number of small motor vehicles loaded with tangerines, and allowed them to pass without inspecting the vehicles. In this way a larger quantity of tangerines intended for resale in Bosnia, was transported in these vehicles. The accused Mišetić Trpimir received two bundles of cash, of an undetermined amount, in both KM and Euros for this service.

As the indictment alleges, the accused Mišetić Trpimir, having learned that he was discovered in the perpetration of the crime, has on November 14, 2008 contacted Bebek Zdenko and told him to collect the above-mentioned money from a nearby shop, where he left the criminally gained asset to one of the salesgirls, which the accused Bebek Zdenko did.

The indictment charges Mišetić Trpimir that as an official in the institutions in BiH, he took advantage of his official authority, to acquire benefits to himself and others, and Bebek Zdenko is charged with concealment of traces of the crime i.e. aiding the perpetrator to avert being discovered, thus Mišetić Trpimir committed the criminal offense of Abuse of Office or Official Authority under Article 220, paragraph 1 of the CC of BiH, and Bebek Zdenko committed the criminal offense of Accessory After the Fact under  Article 232,  Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH.
