THE ACCUSED IDRIZOVIĆ ZAFIR (1968) CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT(05.07.2010. 14:04)
The Prosecutor of Department III within the BiH Prosecutor's Office signed a plea agreement with Idrizović Zafir, born on August 30, 1968 in Banovići where he resides, a citizen of BiH.
By virtue of signing the agreement the accused admitted committing the criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money under Article 205, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH, with which he was charged by indictment of the BiH Prosecutor's Office issued on November 18, 2009.
Both the prosecutor and the defense agree that, based on the agreement, the accused Idrizović Zafir be rendered an eight months imprisonment sentence , which shall not be executed providing that the accused does not commit another criminal offense within two years as of the date the verdict becomes final, by the Court of BiH.
With this agreement the accused confirms that he is familiar with the content of the indictment of the BiH Prosecutor's Office issued on November 18, 2009. He also confirms that the plea statement was given voluntarily, knowingly and with full understanding, and agrees to reimburse the costs of criminal proceedings in the amount determined by the Court of BiH.
By virtue of signing this agreement the accused waives his right to trial and appeal to criminal sanction, rendered pursuant to this agreement by the Court of BiH.
The agreement was forwarded to the Court of BiH.
