The Prosecutor of Department III within the BiH Prosecutor's Office signed a plea agreement with Bojić Ivan, born on December 2, 1981 in Nikšić - Montenegro, where he resides, a citizen of Montenegro.

By virtue of signing this agreement the accused admitted committing the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, under Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH, with which he was charged by indictment of the BiH Prosecutor's Office issued on May 11,2010.

Both the prosecutor and the defense agree that, based on the agreement, the accused Ivan Bojić be rendered a two year imprisonment sentence that will include the time spent in custody so far by the Court of BiH.

During the search 10,359.76 grams of narcotic drugs, which shall be destroyed, were found in possession of the accused and seized and pursuant to Article 74 of  the Criminal Code of BiH the items used to commit the crime i.e. mobile phone - Alcatel and motor vehicle "Ford-Gaf“ shall be permanently forfeited from the accused.

With this agreement the accused confirms that he is familiar with the content of the indictment of the BiH Prosecutor's Office issued on May 11, 2010. He also confirms that the plea statement was given voluntarily, knowingly and with full understanding, and agrees to reimburse the costs of criminal proceedings in the amount determined by the Court of BiH.

By virtue of signing this agreement the accused waives his right to trial and appeal to criminal sanction, rendered pursuant to this Agreement by the Court of BiH.

The agreement was forwarded to the Court of BiH.
