CHIEF PROSECUTOR AND OFFICIALS OF SPECIAL DEPARTMENT FOR WAR CRIMES MEET WITH BIH COURT STANDING JUDICIAL COUNCIL FOR WAR CRIMES
11.09.2020. 09:29The Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, Gordana Tadić, together with the officials of the Special Department for War Crimes, met with the judges of the Standing Judicial Council for Processing War Crimes Cases.
Meetings of representatives of the two institutions are held periodically, as activities envisaged in the State Strategy for Work on War Crimes Cases, and the topics of discussions are technical and administrative issues related to the prosecution of war crimes cases, as well as to the transfer of cases to the respective Prosecutor’s Offices of both entities and the Brčko District of BiH in accordance with Article 27a of the Criminal Procedure Code of BiH.
The holding of working meetings will continue in the future.
