THE ACCUSED AMALIJA TOMIĆ (1976) CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

The person accused of the criminal offense of Organized Crime in conjunction with the criminal offense of Money Laundering and the criminal offense of Forgery of a Document concluded an Agreement on admission of guilt.
  • THE ACCUSED AMALIJA TOMIĆ (1976) CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

The accused Amalija Tomić - born on October 23, 1976 in Tuzla, residing in Tuzla, director and the responsible person of the legal entity CIPROM d.o.o. /LLC/ Bijeljina, with previous convictions - entered into a plea agreement with a Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.

Pursuant to the agreement the Prosecutor and the accused person agree that the accused be rendered a six (6) month imprisonment sentence by the Court of BiH as well as a sentence of Dissolution of the Legal Person i.e. the representative of the legal entity Ciprom d.o.o. Bijeljina - Amalija Tomić is ordered to initiate the dissolution procedure.

By virtue of signing the Agreement the accused fully admitted committing the criminal offense of Organized Crime in conjunction with the criminal offense of Money Laundering and the criminal offense of Forgery of a Document she and the legal entity she represented were charged with by the indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued on July 18, 2013.

The Prosecutor’s Office BiH proposes that items used or intended for use in the commission of the criminal offense be forfeited.

By virtue of signing the Agreement the accused pledged to testify against other accused persons in this case.

By virtue of signing the Agreement the accused confirms that her plea statement and the plea statement given in her capacity as a legal representative of the legal entity CIPROM d.o.o. Bijeljina were given voluntarily, knowingly and with full understanding.

Pursuant to the agreement the accused has waived her right to a trial as well as her right to appeal the criminal sanction that shall be rendered to her by the Court of BiH.

The agreement was submitted to the Court of BiH.
