THE ACCUSED DALIBOR PAŠALIĆ CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT. ONE YEAR IN PRISON FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS

The accused Dalibor Pašalić concluded a plea agreement expressing his guilt for the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH.
  • THE ACCUSED DALIBOR PAŠALIĆ CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT. ONE YEAR IN PRISON FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS

The accused Dalibor Pašalić - born on January 10, 1996 in Bijeljina where he resides, BiH citizen - entered into plea agreement with the Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.  

By virtue of signing the agreement the accused Pašalić fully admitted committing the criminal offenses he was charged with by the indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued on June 9, 2014.

Pursuant to the agreement the Prosecutor, the Defense Attorney and the accused agree that the accused be rendered a one (1) year imprisonment sentence by the Court of BiH.

Pursuant to the agreement and Article 214, Paragraph 4 of the CC BiH the narcotic drug „Marijuana- Skunk“ will be seized from the accused with a receipt issued in return.

The proposed sentence is in line with the role of the accused in commission of the criminal offense listed in the indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.

With this agreement the accused confirms that he is aware of the content of the indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH. He also confirms that the plea statement was given voluntarily, knowingly and with full understanding and undertakes to pay the costs of the proceedings in the amount that will, depending on the complexity of proceedings, be determined by the Court of BiH

Pursuant to this agreement the accused has waived his right to a trial as well as his right to appeal the criminal sanction that shall be rendered to him by the Court of BiH.

The agreement was submitted to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
