INDICTMENT AGAINST ZUBAC GORAN WAS NOT RETURNED TO THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH, IT IS WITH THE COURT OF BIH PENDING CONFIRMATION
11.06.2014. 12:22The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH firmly denies the rumors and informs the public that the indictment in the case against Zubac Goran has not been returned to the Prosecutor’s Office and adds that this is misinformation.
The indictment issued by the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH is with the Court of BiH pending confirmation.
The Prosecutor’s office of BiH resolutely rejects all false allegations and constructions and reiterates that the Prosecutor’s Office acts in accordance with the law and that there are no nor there will be any untouchables in terms of prosecution providing they commit a criminal offense.
