The accused Aleksandar Lučić, born on 28 October 1982 in Trebinje, where he also resides, with prior convictions, citizen of BiH and the Republic of Serbia, entered into a Plea Agreement admitting guilt for the criminal offense charged and he concluded a Plea Agreement with a Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.

By virtue of signing the Plea Agreement, the accused Lučić fully admitted committing the criminal offense he is charged with by the Indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued on 16 December 2013.

The accused person is charged with becoming a member of an organized group which was organized for the purpose of unlawful international trafficking, transfer, transport and further sale of narcotic drug, and with having a defined role within this group which referred to taking over a larger quantity of Marijuana Skunk narcotic drug that came from the Republic of Montenegro and went to BiH through illegal border crossings.
