INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR SMUGGLING OF PERSONS
03.01.2014. 15:13Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against the following person:
- Suad Kamerić, born on January 6, 1993 in Tuzla, with prior convictions, citizen of BiH.
According to the indictment, the accused is charged to have, in the intent of acquiring financial benefits, arranged for unauthorized transfer of an underage migrant - a citizen of Kosovo, from Kosovo through Republic of Serbia to the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the aim of his further departure to France.
Consequently, the accused is charged with the criminal offense of Smuggling of Persons under Article 189, Paragraph 4 in conjunction with Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
