We hope and truly believe that we will work and cooperate even better in the upcoming New Year.
We would also like to inform you that, in the past year of 2013, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued Indictments against 469 persons accused of the criminal offenses falling within the jurisdiction of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, namely, war crimes, organized crime, corruption, terrorism and other severe criminal offenses.
The number of persons covered by the Indictments issued in 2013 is by 109 persons higher than in 2012.
The number of persons accused in 2013 is higher by 30.3 per cent with respect to the year of 2012, whereas the number of Indictments is higher by 7.5 per cent.
This is the best annual result in the history of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH in the past ten years, since its formation in 2003 until today.
The results will surely be even better in the year to come, and Prosecutors and the staff of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH will invest their best efforts in the establishment of the rule of law in upcoming period of our country's European integrations.
