Zoran MILIĆ is under investigation by the Prosecutor's Office and is suspected to have, during the armed conflict between the Army of BiH and HVO, as a member of an HVO unit from Busovača acted contrary to the provisions of the Geneva Conventions Relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Times of War.
